The National Science Technology and Innovation (NSTI) Festival is a flagship event by the UAE Ministry of Education. Held annually every February in Dubai, the NSTI Festival serves as a dynamic platform to inspire and empower students across the country in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The festival brings together thousands of students, educators, innovators, and industry leaders to celebrate creativity, innovation, and scientific excellence, cultivating the next generation of thinkers and pioneers.

Spanning five days, the NSTI Festival offers an unparalleled experience with an extensive lineup of workshops, competitions, and inspiring talks. Key highlights of the festival include the Emirates Young Scientist Competition, Kidspreneurs, The Next Founder Award, the Conference, and the Family Festival. These events foster hands-on learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship, nurturing a deep passion for STEM among UAE youth. The NSTI Festival not only celebrates achievement but also empowers young minds to pursue excellence, builds a competitive spirit, and opens doors to countless opportunities, ensuring a bright future for the UAE's scientific and entrepreneurial landscape.

NSTI Festival Sections

The main competition within the NSTI Festival. A platform for grade 5-12 students to showcase their ideas, projects, and research findings based on scientific methodology. It includes 23 monetary awards sponsored by the Ministry of Education, along with a wide range of special awards from government and private entities.

An integrated competition that empowers Higher Education students with entrepreneurial skills through vocational training, mentorship, and guidance. Participants will enroll in a 3-day Bootcamp during the festival to refine their innovative business models and launch their ventures.

A competition targeting KG1 to Grade 4 students to promote entrepreneurship and innovation at an early age. It provides basic entrepreneurial skills through a competitive environment, teaching financial and business skills while allowing kids to trade on the ground during the NSTI Festival.

The Conference provides the community with the opportunity to be inspired by top speakers, ranging from passionate students to entrepreneurs and government officials aiming for a positive global impact.

The Family Festival enhances the entertainment side of the NSTI Festival by giving Emirati entrepreneurs the chance to engage with the broader community. It includes the Art, Food, and Edutainment Districts for diverse experiences.
